Ordering Procedure
We want you to be pleased with the garments when you receive them. Therefore
we have built-in procedures to check that what we are doing is exactly
what you want.
Step 1
Choose your garments from our on-line catalogue which gives details
of the sizes and colours available. Note the codes and colours and
transfer
them to our quote/order form which can be downloaded from the Quotes
page. Please type QUOTE in the box provided.
Step 2
Remember to forward details to us of what decoration is required. This
may be a description of the design, a sketch, or artwork, or a logo
chosen from our on-line design library. Remember to specify colours
and where
you want the logo positioned on your garments.
Step 3
Once we have received your quotation request, we will confirm price
and delivery time to you. If these details are acceptable to you
please confirm
the order.
Step 4
50% should be paid when placing the order. The balance is due prior
to despatch. Follow the payment instructions on the Shop page.
Step 5
If you ask for a new design, shortly after the order is placed
we will send you a sample of the embroidered or imprinted design
for
your approval.
Confirm that it is acceptable or tell us what changes you want.
Step 6
Delivery. Orders are normally sent by carrier at the most economic
price.
