Q: Why is there a design charge?

A: Embroidery and imprint machines are computer controlled and each design needs to be converted into a format that can be read by the machines. This means producing instructions for every needle entry point of an embroidered design. Out special software helps to make the process easier, but it still takes time to produce this machine code and this is what we charge for. A design charge applies only to the first order and does not recur for further orders of the same design.

Q: Do you have a minimum order?

A: We will be pleased to supply as few or as many items as you wish.

Q: What is included in the price?

A: Our prices include the garment and one standard size embroidered or imprinted logo, usually on the left chest. Larger or additional logos are extra.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Because of the personalised nature of our products, once an order has been processed it can’t be cancelled.

Q: Can I see a sample design before it is embroidered?

A: Yes, of course. Our normal procedure is to produce a sample of your logo, mail it to you for your consideration, and only when you approve it do we apply it to garments.
